Hi, I'm the founder of Bare Body Works, established in 2024 in Arlington, Washington. My passion for anatomy and helping others began in high school when I took a sports medicine class as a freshman. Learning how the body functions, heals, and adapts sparked an interest that eventually led me to pursue a career in massage therapy. I graduated from Arlington School of Massage in 2020 and began working at Arlington Massage and Wellness in 2021, where I continue to provide therapeutic care to clients. I am also proud to serve as an instructor at Arlington School of Massage, helping educate and mentor the next generation of massage therapists. My specialty is medical massage, focusing on injury recovery, pain relief, and restoring functional movement. Whether you're recovering from an accident, managing chronic pain, or dealing with everyday aches and tension, I tailor each session to your individual needs and goals. My approach combines a strong understanding of anatomy with targeted treatment techniques to help clients move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love. When I'm not working with clients or teaching, I enjoy strategic card games, video games, spending time with my black lab, and relaxing at home. What is your cancellation policy?
I require a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives me time to fill your spot with another client. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours notice will be charged $40. A $60 charge will be applied for no shows.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your sessions begin and end on the allotted time to ensure my other clients time is not effected. Full fee applies, even if you arrive late to your appointment.
What if I am sick?
If you are feeling under the weather, please stay home. If your appointment is a couple days away and you are unsure, it is best to reschedule to avoid fees.
What should I expect when I arrive to my appointment?
It is always best to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment to acquire parking in Downtown Arlington ahead of time. When you make it to the lobby of the building, I will come grab you when it is time to start your appointment. We will go over your intake form, discuss anything you might need and you will get comfortable by undressing and getting tucked under the sheets of the massage table. Feel free to leave your under garments on if that is most comfortable for you. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Debit/Credit, and Venmo - Tips are always welcome but never expected.
